This isn’t a course where you just sit back and listen while hoping something clicks. Tough Critic is hands-on, body-first, and built for integration. Over the course of 6-weeks, you’ll be learning, unlearning, practicing, and processing in real time—with support. Hiii, I’m Lauren, 


I help high-achieving, hyper-self-aware women stop living like they’re a project to fix—and finally feel safe being fully themselves.


I work with the women who look like they have it all together, but inside, they’re exhausted from the pressure to keep performing, perfecting, and proving their worth.


I’m a somatic practitioner, shadow work guide, and a playful weirdo with depth. My work blends nervous system healing, parts work, and spirituality to help you unhook from the shame loops and survival patterns that no longer serve you (but still feel hard to let go of).


This isn’t about becoming your “best self.” It’s about learning to trust yourself, soften your inner war, and stop abandoning who you are to keep up.

  • WHEN ARE THE CALLS

    The calls will be Sunday mornings at 10AM PST! If you can't make a call, they will be recorded and shared.
